Basic Home health companionship with the client, but also, taking on CNA responsibilities dependent on the client. Examples; ROM, catheter care, basic dressing changes, vitals. Hours are dependent on each individual case, as well as, your availability.
Licensed Practical Nurse | Buffalo, NY | Ref No. 003
Basic Home health companionship with the client, but also, taking on nursing responsibilities dependent on the client. Examples; ROM, catheter care, dressing changes, wound care, vitals, medication, Iv care, Stoma care, PEG tubes, G-tubes, etc. Hours are dependent on each individual case, as well as, your availability.
Registered Nurse | Buffalo, NY | Ref No. 004
Basic Home health companionship with the client, but also, taking on nursing responsibilities dependent on the client. Examples;Organizing Care Plans with appropriate documentation. ROM, catheter care, dressing changes, wound care, vitals, medication, Iv care, Stoma care, PEG tubes, G-tubes, etc. Also, reporting potential hazards or case problems to the case manager. Hours are dependent on each individual case, as well as, your availability.
