"Help at Your Home, LLC really helped me find care for my parents. I had awful experience with caregivers before, not showing up, not doing the work that needed to get done, constantly being on their phone, but with them.....they check their workers, they use location services to make sure they show up, and are notified if they don't clock in or leave the premises before their shift is up. Besides that they constantly check on their workers and on their cleints happiness. They do whatever they can to help. I would recommend them to anyone, and everyone who needs ANY form of assistance at home. Give them a chance, I promise you will not be disappointed AT ALL!!!! "I love working with these people. They are probably the easiest people I've ever met to get along with. And, they are SO understanding and knowledgeable on health care...and how we feel as a family needing help for our family member. They really do have high standards for their workers. I love their software system and the family portal because I can check in at any time of the day and see what is going on with my mother through their documentation system, and I can get a hold of anyone at any time of the day with it, leave notes for the aides and nurses, it just makes sense and I know that my mother feels safe."
